Having trouble? Check these articles for common problems.

    • The issue: “I can’t see the new show, there is still an image and a message saying the event will start on such and such a date and time”.
      The solution: Simply refresh the screen/app. This is due to your browser or the app being open prior to the show going live

    • The issue: “My student posted a question in the Q & A and it is not getting answered by the experts”.The solution: Teachers need to moderate and publish students’ questions for them to be seen by the experts. You can moderate questions by going to the “Moderator” tab:

    • The issue:I can’t hear the audio in the video I’m watching.
      The solution: After you verify that your computer volume is turned on, locate the sound bar displayed at the bottom of the video player, make sure it's on (not on mute) and adjust the volume until you can hear it well.
